We are offering our home to a new family after 33 years I am retiring and moving out of the country. This home is aprox 15 miles from The city of Nashville TN. We have thoroughly enjoyed this home but, its time to turn the page. The roof is about 6 years old, the ac/heat unit 10 years old. I have continually keep the maintenance and cosmetics up on this home, many up grades. In 2021 we replaced the masonite siding with Hardy cement board. Also in 2021 we made the 16x7 garage opening 16x8 and installed an all glass pannel full view remote door that brings you very close to the outdoors and nature while in the comfort of home, it also has centeral air/heat. There is no carpet in the home, porcelain tile, and 3/4" bamboo flooring a very, very hard material. Shower surround in master bathroom, and tub in hall bathrom were replaced also, tub 22" deep. Don't mind our personal colors choices new paint is underway in a neutral color, we will be updating photos. Crown mold is throughout the home as you can see including hall bathrooms, and laundry. All passage doors are solid six pannel with matching solid brass hardware. Out back is a 16'x24' barn with an attached 14' wide, 14' high, and 24' long carport I have used for my sailboats over the past few years, but will easily accommodate large camper, or could be turned into a 2 story living space, it was built in 2018. This home is almost surrounded by Old Hickory lake, a boat ramp 1 mile away walking trails, Marina's camp grounds. Shopping amenities everywhere, two Walmarts, we call them left and right depending on our other shopping needs, 8 auto dealerships, Target department stores under construction 2 miles away, many, many restaurants. Station Camp high school, and Station Camp middle schools 3 miles away for the big kid, and Jack Anderson Elementary an internationally accredited STEM school meaning science, technology, engineering and mathematics for the little ones to get them jumped started, and excited about learning 3 miles away, a very sought after amenity for family's with small childern beginning school.
